New Lungs For Kyle is the start of an exciting journey for a young man who will soon need a life changing operation. The idea of New Lungs For Kyle started when Kyle's health came to a critical turning point. Cystic Fibrosis is a daily challenge and a never ending battle. Only recently, the disease seems to be slowly getting stronger causing more hospitalizations. It is time to act. The family has always known it could progress this far and we are now picking up our guns and going to battle for him.
There will be multiple fundraising events taking place over the next year that will be posted on this site via Facebook and Twitter. We hope you take the time to read about Cystic Fibrosis. We also encourage everyone willing, to participate in the upcoming events. Some of the events are going to include: Golf Tournament, Corn Hole Tournament, Softball Tournament, etc. Those are just to name a few. Dates and times will be posted and we invite everyone to join. Our goal is to raise $500k. We hope with your contributions, New Lungs For Kyle will grow to become New Lungs for Evan, or New Lungs for Sarah. This is the start of something new where people with Cystic Fibrosis can still have hope if they ever reach that same critical point. 
All proceeds can/will be used for all out-of-pockets expenses including, but not limited to: prescription medication co-pays, rehabilitation, anti-rejection medication and any additional care following the transplant. 
On a side note, if something were to happen, and Kyle couldn't receive a lung transplant, 100% of the money raised will go to the next Cystic Fibrosis patient in line. This was his decision and we will see to it that is exactly what happens. Kyle has a team behind him, and we need you to become a part of it.
